Classic cranckshaft pulley stuck after bolt removal

HI,
I need to remove the cranck pulley to replace my camshaft, the center bolt is out now but i can't pull the pulley out ??
I tried gently with a hammer but it does not move ...
Is there anything to do ?

You cannot expect a crankshaft pulley to come off very easily, they usually don't. Tap gently all around the pulley, especially the bits that don't have the belt running in them, then get two levers, two blocks of wood and put them at opposite sides of the pulley so that the levers sit behind the pulley and the bits of wood act as fulcrums to protect anything else you may be tempted to lever against. Then apply even pressure. You might want to put the bolt back in loosely so it doesn't fly off and hole the rad or anything else.

Wiggle each one in turn if nothing seems to be moving.

Or apply pressure on each one in turn meanwhile hammering with the hammer in the other hand.

Air hammer, or remove rad and use a puller

"Range" EFi, 3.9 according to his profile. The Frenchies call a Range Rover a "Range".
Maybe I'll have a chat with him in French although his English seems fine!!!

Thinking maybe the cheap 200 timing/puller kits might fit.

(Nous avons une résidence secondaire en France ou nous passons 6 mois chaque année, dans le Tarn, coin sud-est.
Nous venons de revenir ici. )

On a juste à côté Tarn vers Carcassonne pour un petit semaine de vacances en août.

Vous auriez du nous enyoyer un message, nous sommes a 45 minutes au nord de Carcassonne a 600 metres et avec une piscine.

I decided to unbolt the different elements , thas was easier to remove them !
Next : timing carter removal !

J'adore ceci "carter" pour nos amis anglais, = "sump"
But only if it holds oil of some sort. So it has to be horizontal. For a timing "carter" you'd have to say "timing cover".

And the photos...

timing cover seems to be in good shape (but lot of work to clean it) as the timing chain that is not slacken.
