if the steering wheel doesnt move on the column when you pull it about.it will be ok! i bet theres far worse things wrong with your land rover than that!

Has anyone taken a steering column off?? I have some weird scanned maintenance manual that makes it sound a right nightmare! Pedal box out and everything..

i cant remember its a long time since i had one out but the bracing bracket behind dash was the tricky bit getting through id try without removing pedal box first which isnt difficult to remove
