Hi has any body had any problems with corroless s2 primer just painted defender chassis with it then overcoated with stone chip but its all now flaking of, the chassis was spotless before i painted it so cant see that it was something on the chassis hope some one can help

What is flaking off? The primer or stone chip? I assume the former..
How did you prep the chassis?
I have used it on quite a bit of stuff on my project so far without issue.

both the primer and stone chip is flaking of together after i put stone chip on
the chassis was cleaned with angle grinder with wire wheel back to bare metal in places then cleaned with panel wipe and blown of with airline
ive heard good things about corroless so unless i got a bad batch or if its something to do with the stone chip

Could possibly be something in the stone chip causing it, or how long did you leave it to dry before overcoating? I would try a little s2 on the chassis on it's own and see what happens. From my experience it seems pretty hard once dry.
I'm overcoating with Rustoleum with no issues.

I'm not familiar with that particular combination, but I've certainly had different paints react badly together badly and go crinkly or even come off altogether. Even when the paint underneath has had several years to dry out. So I can sympathise. There's not a lot to do other than sand/wire brush back to something solid and try again, perhaps with a different combination of paints!
