Hey me and mike are intrested im comin long just got to get the landy ready sounds like a good trip. Should do some more exploring around the wendon off road course

Right...
just had confirmation from Joe at Baldhu that this saturday is OK for us and there's nothing in particular planned so the site's ours (and the bloody mozzies bzzzzz)

Had a look at some lanes and there's a couple but not as many as the map indicates, so we might have a chance for a bit of exploring, but unfortunately not as much as i'd have liked, but i will try and catch up with Dave and see if we can plan a route which takes a couple in and plan a day of it. Hopefully Kicker and Mike will come along and they explored the site a bit more extensively than us, so can lead the way!

The plan is to meet on saturday with the convoy starting at Victoria Services at about 10.10 then on to Chiverton Cross (where BK used to be, meet outside the two garages) at 10.30 then on to Baldhu - i don't mind doing the pasty run about lunchtime if anyone's interested, but if anyone has a better plan then i'm all ears!

Sorry, Trewy, you'll have to lift your foot up on Hamburger Hill as am still only td powered at the mo!

An idea of numbers would be good so post here and we;ll wait a bit for you if we're expecting you. Also if you want my moby then pm me (Not Launa Windows please)

Cheers
OD

I'll be there - Victoria Services 10:10.
Will bring kettle and gas stove, but no Pasty - fresh / hot ones are much betterer!

Well, someones gotta recover them what gets stuck!

I'll be there, now I've got over me oil pressure panic!!!
Got me steering guard and diff guards fitted, and a strop for recovery as I'm bound to get stuck, as I've stil got my crappy At's (can't afford new ones yet)
Will scope out where the nearest pasty shop is....could get em in advance from Rowes and put em in a hot bag, might get a bit sweaty though.....mmmmmm sweaty pasty

Well, I seem to have the time but not the Disco. It's sulking at the moment and doesn't want to play.

Anyone seen any nice CSW's or D2's looking for a good(ish) home?

OD, I'm in the 'Gloom tomorrow, & will bring a RoW map in.

evenin Dave, saw they'd delivered some other blue one - what's all that about - does that mean you have one to play with that ain't yours so you don't need to be quite so careful???

Will pop over and see you with my cut n paste (scissors and sellotape!) map tomorrow some time, see if we can sort out some kind of route! I guess you're OK for the w/e - we should give Charles a ring too in case anyone gets stuck, he can walk around scratching his head!!!:D

The loaner is a "sign for every scratch" Enterprise rental (courtesy of LRA) - got my car back for the weekend & then had to be recovered AGAIN this morning. Gettin p'd off now.

Charles is in Morocco. Lucky git.

Might have to resort to hitch-hiking!

The site is only 10 mins off the A30, if you were really up for it i'd happily pop back and meet up if you give us a ring or say a time - it is just about at Truro so quite a long way the wrong (right!) side of the tamar!

I am only about 5 mins from the A30, myself - so meet ya at the brighton hill roundabout?
