core plug gone

D2 v8 my disco decided too leak coolant at a fair rate last night from rear of engine carn't see where from I presume core plug how much of a job too sort or should I get rid

could be it would mean engine or box out if the rear most , core plugs only tend to corrode when systems run on water or very weak coolant, as you sure its not a heater pipe etc

checked all pipes the water is running right from the back under the dizzy its done 190,000 so old engine

not a dizzy I meen where the ht leads meet at the back

in which case id remove inlet etc and see just were leak is, it would be leaking out of bell housing if it were the rear block core plugs

ok will do I fitted a new inlet manifold too her last year so have an idea of the procedure cheer's james
