Cooling bleed

Hi guys.
Just fitted my inline thermostat and great nice warm inside top HOSE and heater hoses all hot but,bottom hose cold.
Been for 5mile run no overheating still cold when I got home.
Do I need to bleed anything and if so how do I bleed the stym please.

The bottom radiator hose is supposed to be cold. That shows the radiator is working as it should.
