Hi guys iam new to the site and this is my first mail,I also would like to let u know that iam from Nepal which is in Asia. I have a Land cruiser 100 Diesel and now Iam planning to buy a Range Rover Vogue diesel 2010 but I have no clue how durable and capable the vechile is, as in my country there is very few Range Rover Vogue and I can't depend on anyone here I have decided to join this forum for the best suggestion. Can anyone tell me how capable the Vogue is off road as my purpose of buying this vechile is for long trips and off roads. Are the Range Rovers as durable as the Land Cruiser as I have been using this L/C for a long time and had no problems, just want to buy this Vogue coz of it's stylish look and the interior options. Can u also let me know if the Vogue has a Sub Fuel Tank, hopin to hear from u guys soon cheers.

About the most unreliable 4 X 4 you will ever find judging by this site, certainly not in the league of the Land Cruiser. Also one of the most comfortable and enjoyable vehicles to drive and very capable off road. Not keen on deep water though, at least the P38 isn't.

As Datatek has said, not as reliable as a Land Cruiser but much more character and just as capable off road, if not more. You will need a Rangie diagnostic specialist for one as new as a 2010. I don't think there's even diy diagnostics for one that new, someone will be along to correct me if I'm wrong.
Out of interest is your neck of the woods like the states. i.e despite the rangie being screwed together about 100 miles from me, Landrover can ship it half way around the world to a different spec and sell it 30% cheaper!!!

P.S Our eldest is a mech at a toyota dealer and see's loads of Landcruisers for warranty work. You have to bare in mind most posts on here are relating to problems so you can get a distorted view. My 20year old classic is the most reliable car I've ever owned bar none:) . Probably got very lucky and only owned for a year, just trying to put a balanced view. Now the P38 thats a different story:rolleyes:

The 2010 Range Rover has all the great electronic features etc.. but they will more than likely have issues so do you have a good dealer or independant near that you could take it too? with regards to its ability its proberley the most capable 4x4 (along with the Defender) in the world!!

Matt
