Compressor

Hi another daft idea of mine. i am looking at having an onboard compressor for inflating tyres and the air horns of course. i have a small 20ltr compressor tank that i have mounted underneith with the auto shut of valve still atached. now i need to find a good compressor to fill it. i waz looking at putting a range rover air susspension compressor on connected upto the auto shut of valve. would this work?

The other idea is buy as good ring 12v compressor to fill it.

or any one got a second hand compressor that rund of either the flywheel or pto? Also lookinf for a generator of the fly wheel

Get a rear air operated diff locker fitted then you can use the compressor off that to fill the tank.

And where can i get one of them from or has any one got a second hand one for sale

Speak to matt Savage. they import Vair compressors over a massive range inc tanks. they should have all you need.

Im in the middle of doing the same thing - Im using and old AirCon pump off a 200Tdi - bolts straight onto my 200Tdi engine.
