Speculative question.... Currently run my beloved D2, but looking at the potential to go D4, but purchase through my company as a Commercial variant or "Panel Van". Clearly there are issues I need to address concerning the VAT, Corp Tax and BIK, but putting that to one side, has anyone any experience of retro-fitting rear seats into these, for the odd occasion I may need to prioritise people rather than tools of my trade? I've seen a couple of companies out there that do this and was wondering if anyone had first-hand experience. Thanks in advance... GJ

I got mine done here : http://atlantechs.co.uk/contact-us/

They were very good and matched the existing leather. The only thing I found is that when the seats are folded fully forward against the back of the front seats there is nothing to hold them there and 300bhp tends to put them back down fairly rapidly. They apparently sell a "stay" for it but it looked like it took up too much room so I just bungee them against the headrests.

I left the very back windows panelled, had the rear seat window panels removed and normal trim installed and didn't bother activating the rear electric windows, LR went to a lot of trouble to try and stop this so it would have needed re-wiring etc.

This was a few years ago (2014) so their prices may be different now. They also let me keep the old bulkhead in case I need to put it back at some point.

Thank you @tom1979, much appreciated! Good to have a benchmark. Also allows me to consider both unconverted and converted, what to look for and the premium for already having the option on the vehicle.
