New Screws/Bolts/etc for my CSW rear seats, but a lil confused

Hi All

So I am a bit confused at items labelled up 38 and 39. This is hardware for under the seat base bascially. For some reason part 39 is shown in the illustration as a screw but on mine and other Defenders I've seen the pivot bracket is bolted together with no screws at all on that part?

I just want to replace all washers, screws, and bolts just to make mine look a bit cleaner tbh, but bit confused by this

Can anyone help clarify what bolts I need for the pivot brackets for my 4x rear seats. I do know they are difference lengths on mine. So the bolts on the upper portion of the pivet bracket are slightly shorter than the ones used for the bottom holes on the pivot bracket.

Is it Item 35 SH604071L and item 38 SH604071 what I need combined for the pivet brackets?

I believe 38 & 39 are an either/or, not both. Mine were the UNF bolt (38) so can only assume some variants had screws (39) instead for fixing the pivot bracket to the seat base. They varied in length by a few mil but made no difference which hole they went in….

But looking at the pics on your other post (tidying up the rear) I don’t think you need to be bothering with new fixings? All looks shiny and new….
