What age of vehicle, and do you want it commercial for road tax purposes?

Its a 96 disco. i didnt realise road tax was cheaper for commercials i was just thinking about the MOT when there should be 7 seats and there are only 2.

the MOT peopl dont worry about haow many seats are in it. any seatbelts without seats just become luggage restraining straps
