Hello everyone

after changing my MAF to a new one my previus problem has solved (no power for about 10 sec after start) but now seems that I have an other issue which is independent from the MAF.
This is already the 3rd time when right after start (cold) the engine rpm goes down to 4-500 and after it stalls. After it the engine can not be started again!! I have tried everything but it could be started only by using cold start spray.
Once it starts it runs nice and as long as it warm it can be restarted without issue. The problem comes again a day or more after.
Any idea? Thanks

lots of possibilities... easyer to tell if we knew what kind of engine are we speaking about ... and as more info as possible from the start, like: was it de-egr'd, when was it serviced, etc....for what info you gave from the beginning i can say plug in a tester and read live data

This is a Td5 engine, with about 180ekm in it. I do not know too much about the history as I own it for less than a year.
What I know the fuel pump was repaired a few years ago (not a new one, but rebuilt). I took the car 2 times (last summer) already to a Land Rover garage for general service and overwiev (oil change, oil level checks, gasket change, belt ...). Also they read codes but did not tell anything wrong.
Yes, would be good to read codes again but not easy for me to find someone close here with suitable equipment. But if I can not solve the issue by myself, I will take the car again to the specialist.

the important things are if it still has the EGR and when i told 'serviced' i meant mainly air and fuel filters...as a matter of fact a Td5 fuel pump afaik can not be "rebuilt" maybe cleaned it's filter so this might be some boll*x

as cheap and easy start put a new quality fuel filter and replace the air bleed valve in the filter housing(search "air bleed valve" in this forum)...if no joy the next step are the injector seals/washers... also check for oil in the ECU red plug, i there is oil replace the injector loom(off course the washers/seals too if you are already there)

The EGR is still on, seems to be connected. Do you think it would better to be removed?
The car has serviced last summer and I was told that the filters have changed. To be sure I checked the fuel filter and it looks old.... I will change it. I will check the other filters as well.
About the pump: when I turn the key on it starts running but never stops (correction: stops about 20 sec, checked this morning). I guess when it reaches a certain pressure it should stop, right? If everithing is correct in the fuel system, how long should it run?
Also tried this morning to start the car with a slight push on the gas pedal. It started nicely.
I have already checked a week ago the injector harrness and found some oil on the ECU conector. I cleaned it.
