Clutch Slave Cylinder problems

Having got fed up with topping up the fluid every week, I decided to fit a new slave cylinder. Unbolted old, bolted in new, went to fit the pipe and ffs the screw threads were a differant size!!!!!

The new slave was from an auto factors. It looked the same as the old (apart from the thread size). Have they supplied the wrong part (its the only one they list) or do Landrover sell a new clutch pipe with the correct threads?

I was going to make a new clutch pipe but nobody around here seems to sell the fittings anymore

So is the part wrong, or is it right and I need a new connecting clutch pipe?

Soory to tell you but you have the wrong slave. There are two diff types.

I had sneaking suspicion that might be the case, any advice for the best place to buy online anyone?
