Clutch slave cylinder help!

The clutch slave cylinder on my 1995 disco started leaking recently so I bought a bearmach one to replace it. However when I came to fitting it although the part fitted all the mounting properly the exciting pipe running into the back of it did not. I took it off again and after examining it I realised the hole was too big for the existing pipe connection. I order the part on ebay and it match all the correct specifications. Has anyone else has this problem before?

youve got the wrong one or your trucks had pipe altered to fit the wrong one

I did the same thing, bought a slave for my 110 and it was the wrong size. My local mechanic managed to fix the old one, not sure how he did it but he didn't need to find any parts
