Clutch problem??

Hello been lurking around on this forum for abit soaking up info but i have a problem if anyone could help. Im not very technically minded but... My clutch on my 85 b reg 2.5na has been sticking and making a weird noise when setting off. I can feel a sort of vibration on the pedal aswell with like a stretching noise?
Anyway after a month of it doing that i came to it this morning and the bloody thing wont move. It goes in gear but when i let the clutch out no go? Someon e must had this problem before? Any help would be appreciated.

i had the same problem lost all drive abit back ,i had to change the clutch and all relevent bits as the center of the clutch was fooked
fist check the shafts not buggered you do this by removing the inspection plate to check the splines are not shot
the plate is the round one on the rear of the gearbox 6 bolts/hold it on
all check props and diffs
