Clutch Pedal won't return

Hi, hope someone can help.

Clutch pedal goes down, won't return up unless I pull it. Both ways it's really stiff.

Same thing has happened on both my 2A LWB's. They have been standing for a bit. Operation is fine, can engage when down and bites when pulled up.

Any ideas? I've freed sticking clutch before, but this one is new on me.

If it's been standing for a while, it could be shot seals on clutch master and slave. Not a big job but bleeding the slave can be a pain.
