Clutch done but now no rev counter

After a week of messing about my disco is now on the road.

After doing the clutch my rev counter is now not working any ideas

The rev counter is controlled by a wire from the alternator on the passenger side of the engine

Have a look and see if there is a lose wire and clip back to the alt and it should work!

It should be white if its not too dirty, Some contact cleaner on it and where it clips to should do the trick. The same if its acting erratic and the needle is bouncing up and down.
