Clutch Change project for a Freelander 2006 Mk1 TD4

Good Evening All,

I am now reassembling my Freelander 2006 Mk1 TD4 after the clutch was causing some issues selecting a gear. I am experiencing some issues reconnecting the IRD to the gearbox. I can get the IRD in the right place but can't slide it into the gearbox. I have now bolted the gearbox and engine into the main mount and it looks like it has slid in a bit but it has gone solid. I am thinking if I reconnect the drive shafts and rotate them the splines will align and it will slide in.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

It's a case of twisting and jiggling while pushing the ird on it will go they can be a complete pig to get back on I've had it a few times
