Do ya think this is a bit over the top :eek:
asked me mate to give it some reinforcement :lol:
well he says " i welded the dome, then the cracks, then i welded a washer round and got a bit carried away" :lol:
Oh and i removed the tiewraps before the slave cylinder went in.

Yeh but i had to take the rear fold up seats out to offset the weight of the wekding :lol:
still another free fix and we're back on the road :)
 
He must have used about half a kilo of wire/sticks!

I nice little flat plate across the fork that supports the pivot point would have been fine!

It won't wear through now, you will just need two feet to push the pedal to overcome the extra weight!

that looks like it won't wear through in a hurry:rolleyes:
an i left the cable ties on my fork when i put it back in

Loving the old school barrel plug on ya keys fook the clutch arm :p
