I am wondering if mine works as it has been stuck on 31 since 11:00 and it is definitely hotter now.

Cannot find anything in Hawkeye for this.

Thanks

Martin

The aircon is not covered by LR diagnostics, not conncted to the K line... it has it's own protocol but it will detect only open or short circuit and if it was that you can't see any temp reading just two lines, all you can do is to replace the outside air temp sensor(the one behind the grill)...eventually blow on it with a hair drier to see if it reacts to it or not

Thanks SF

If it stays 31 tomorrow I replace it, I could try my plastic welder but best not to.

Went for a drive AC compressor was noisy but working

Try checking for Disco 2 climate control fault codes:
00 - no faults
11 - in car temp sensor fault
12 - ambient sensor fault
13 - thermistor fault
14 - heater coolant sensor fault
21 - left sunlight sensor fault - open or shorted
22 - right sunlight sensor fault - open or shorted
31 - left servo motor
32 - right servo motor
33 - distribution servo motor

1 - Turn ignition OFF and Park Disco 2 in the sunlight.
2 - On the climate control panel, press and hold both AUTO and Air Distribution buttons.
3 - While holding these buttons down, switch ignition ON to position 2.
4 - Keep holding the buttons for 4-5 beeps and let go. The fault code (FC) results will be shown on the right side of the screen.
