If you aren't taking them out and running an additive through then I would use REDEX. I already use this every 10ish tankfuls on my P38. Don't know whether it makes a difference but I dont think it does it any harm :D

Then again im a sucker for conspiracies! I only ever fill up with BP fuel if possible, don't trust ANY supermarket fuel.

-Wills :)

Funny you say that, i always though BP was the suspect? i use esso ( Joke)because i don't trust supermarkets, they sell very low ron petrol so why wouldn't they sell sub standard diesel?? (seriously )

Millers Diesel additive seems to make my vehicles run quieter and smoother. I's about 8 squid a bottle and lasts ages if you do exactly what it says on the tin.

Yes, that's for diesel injectors. I would go with either Redex Injector cleaner, or Wynns injector cleaner. Empty the bottle into your fuel tank then fill it to half full and drive normally. Next time you fill up all will be fine.

Have a look at this topic i have just done

http://www.landyzone.co.uk/lz/f10/different-fuels-58606.html

At the end of the day, will wynns redex etc, take carbon deposits off? carbon is pretty tough stuff, but i know it can be dissolved but will it get all of it, maybe a good start is to first take the injectors out, clean them of all deposits, and then start to use an additive, to keep them that way, additives are probably cleaning other parts you cant get to as well, but if you look at the link i put up, that's already being done (with the right fuel)
