Classified information!!!???

I was speaking to a Range Rover parts guy at my local dealer and he said you could get a print out of all the parts/options/codes etc on a car. So I said go on then. He came back with nothing, saying the info was with Land Rover Special Vehicles. He contacted them and they would only give the radio and EKA codes, telling him "they were not allowed to give the information out on this vehicle"! He apparently spoke to someone he had dealt with before at Special Vehicles and they told him the information was classified!!??
What the hell is that supposed to mean? MI5? Royal car? Anybody had this before? Any ideas?
Its got bespoke leather but apart from that, I can't see anything different.

There was a few RR Classics built for the SAS alot more for other organisations too. wouldn't be surprised if this was on of them. is it a full spec for year vehicle?
