For some bizzare reason beyond my understanding they're busy trying to post this on as many threads as possible....

Wot this pic:confused:

Looks 100" in the side view and seller says its an rrc 71 so could be all good if that's true and it's on it's own axles n stuff.

At the end of the day (and the beginning) the system makes bazillions from automated road tax collection which works really well but every system has its cracks and that's us. I wonder what percentage of tax exempt vehicles are land rovers?

Even if it was a hybrid (and there is no way in hell that it is) it should still be on a Q plate but there is no way that is 100"
Its 100" and others have noticed the rangie rear x member.
If it was done pre points system it dont need q plate, body changes were ok eg dakars and other kit cars

I counted the rivets on my Series3 diesel. I think it has one missing, can anyone tell me how many there should be before I apply for a Q-plate?

Series three works like this.

Multiply the wheel base by 3 and divide by the last three digits of the engine number. Carefully measure the front bumper length in inches and multiply your previous answer by this figure. You should now have a figure which will be the number of rivits in your vehicle when it left the factory:cool:
