got an x-eng split charge system fitted in my 110, had in about 4yrs.
noticed interior lights that run of it were very dim other night.
put meter on second batt and only getting reading of 7.8 volts.
am assuming batt is ok and relay duff, how can i check relay?

cheers

Never assume. But, check the input voltage to the relay, and then check that the relay is opening when requested and then check the output.

They are a relatively simple piece of engineering, so it should either work or it wont.

If not ull have to fork out for a new one. £21.99 from Xeng . Im pretty sure you'll be able to get one for cheaper though. Ebay?
