Following a blow out on a rear tyre I wondered if you can buy pre made checkered plate to cover over the bottom of the rear wing, or is it a case of making your own?

Look in LRO mag, plenty advertised for under a oner a set all round...but its very thin stuff. If you only want to do that area you are better buying your own sheet from local ally factors and fabbing up ,sikaflex and maybe rivets if you feel the need.

mine where already on when i bought it.

personally i don't like the ally on the bottom of the rear wings but as it has the decal on the bottom of the doors i think it suits it.

It's great for beefing up the rear wing for offroading, and the door kit does a good job of protecting from protruding roots and branches - obviously as a styling touch for a road car it's a matter of personal choice!
