I got these
Clarke CHT172 Automotive Pipe Flaring Kit

just as good as the dearer ones/same thing.
I use copper (coppranickel?) pipe i bought in a roll online, plus half a dozen of each type screw fittings.
used it now 4 years ago on an old mondeo, I joined the long pipe as the rear axle/over tank bit was fecked, the rest was fine.
then I used it in me disco 2 years ago now, done a few that had not been done before I got the old girl.

mine may be cheap, but it does the job - job sorted then.
