Changing tyres

I need to change one of my tyres, first time ever doing this on any car.

I got all the lug nuts out, but there is one that is not like the others, it is not a normal nut and I have no tool that will remove it.
It is the same on the spare tyre as well, so I cannot get that off the rear door either.

Any hints ?

That could be a locking lug nut, which would require the key.you got the key when you bought didn't you? look in the glove box

Chech in the toolbox where your jack is stored. The adaptor is usually kept in there.
