I had the original level arm snap, so have replaced it with a new one. I am concerned the ride height is far to high now. Will it sort itself out? I phoned 4 X 4 at Martin Hussingtree, Worcestershire. The fella there scared the pants off me saying it could blow the air bags off. I would have thought there was some safety feature that would prevent this from happening, but I am too concerned to to take a chance? Was this chap right? What action should I take next please?

If u didnt disconnect the battery while u worked(or iven if u did it happens sometimes) and if the height is uneven then u need recalibration through tester.....the system has a pressure limiting valve which should protect from blowing but it's not 100% reliable.

If u are handy and electrically minded enough i can show a trick which will work for short time as to keep them even until u reach a tester....but u'll have to work with wires within the compressor housing.

It seems to be level all the way round, so it has gone up all round the disco not just the hind quarter I changed. I'm an electrician, but vehicle electrics give me the heeby geeby's. I've taken the fuse out(No28) to stop the pump just in case. As renewing two air bags would be expensive I would have thought? I thought there might be an auto calibration going on when all 4 ride heights raised?
