Need to learn what NOT to do so you'll be the perfect teacher

Just kiddin buddy .......... look forward to ridin shotgun :D

Yes mate, STT's are on but not yet tested (well not in any mud yet anyway).
Need to chop front arch a bit, could hear a nasty rubbing when going round a roundabout today on way to tip. Cant see which bit of arch its rubbing on!
Still got old treads, dont know whether to keep as spares.

If you do wanna keep em as spares let me know as i have those steel wheels you can use for em ;)

Tenner says it's the front bumper end cap and bit of wing behind it rubbing buddy ;)

10 mins work with a DREMEL and it'll be sorted ;) :D

Cool, wonder if STT's might be better on steel rims. They would be much stronger but loads heavier.
What u fink best?

If you give a steely a clout off roading you can repair it with a large hammer 9 times outta 10 .............. if you clout an alloy though it'll crack :( ........... this is of course worse case scenario ;)

mmmmmmm......... Alloys look better though.
Seen some heavy duty springs that give about 1" lift for reasonable money.
Apparantly no further mods needed!

Alloys do look better ......... i have 2 sets of 5 for the 200TDI ;)

Regarding the springs ............ might be advisable to fit longer brake hoses ;)

Better safe than sorry mate

Anyways off to bed now so i'll ctach ya sometime in the week maybe :)

Give me a ring or pop round if you wanna chat about it all properly buddy :D
