apparently disc LRL0549ENG (the ENG on the end...), is the equivalent of the NAS one but for the Brit and European market, and this does have all the TD5 stuff we all want in it.
The only problem is getting one! They are apparently as rare as rocking horse doodoos!
If this other one is any good I'll put it in a separate thread. So others can benefit from it.
