My rear door ( driver side ) has stopped unlocking, if I press either lock or unlock on the fob the motor makes 3or 4 clicks like its trying to open or lock, but its stuck locked, if I use the button on the door nothing happens, so I'm guessing micro switches are kaput, is there a way to trick it open or am I going to need a hammer? :D cheers

personally I think using the Superlock feature on an aged P38 is asking for trouble. If the Superlock is not used, at least you have a better (Non intrusive) way of getting in to the car...After all it is not the £60 grand car that it was years ago, working on the Insurance companies "Market Value" figures, you will be lucky to get five grand for a 2002 top of the range model with all the bells and whistles.
If it is not responding to the sill button, I reckon you have a superlocked door and "Terminal" action is required to free it.
You could try entering the EKA but I'm doubtful if it will work.

So big hammer then? :D i don't intentionally Superlock it, Il have to get a new cdl motor before I smash it

If it's superlocked and has to be drastically undone, the latch will be wrecked and a new motor is useless...you will have to replace the latch completely.

There is only one switch on the rear door latches which is the "Door ajar" switch. The rear doors are controlled directly from the Becm and are not included in the front doors and outstation circuits.
