central locking puzzle

hi guy's,hope somebody can help out here,when i go to use the sill locking, when in the car with door closed only my button will go down,and when i lift it up again it sound's like it's putting all the button's up but they weren't down in the first place,if i open driver's door and put the sill button down all the button's will go down,and come up when i lift driver's button up,why is this,has anybody got any idea's.cheer's pat.

Check your wiring from the driver's door into the car, they can break where they bend as the door hinges. Door closed, bad connection, door open wire pushed together.
If nothing there keep going until you reach the BECM.
