Hi guys just a quick question other half is nagging about wanting CD player in the disco, never bothered me as I just use radio but mine is a 2004 landmark with the tape head unit and Harmon kardon amp under passenger seat but no changer under drivers seat, looking at the pics are one of the two plugs for it? As one looks linked to seat. Cheers rich.

Is it specific make and model changer or will any that accept that 10pin work? Eg any Alpine changer etc? Presumably it’s plug and play? Could do with sorting it as I’m getting ear ache from other half each time she’s driving it.

Tell wifey to get an MP3 or summat and a set of headphones! OR get one of those adapters that go into the tape player and play the MP3 or other stuff from mobile phones etc through that. We have them in a lot of our cars and they work amazingly well!

Iv tried to tell her that but she uses it to listen to her gym stuff as she’s a part time gym instructor so does sort of need it though I manage without it fine just seems bit confusing as iv never messed with ICE in any way.

Will have a look through eBay. Farther in law was saying he has a few from BMWs around the same era early 2000s, we didn’t know the plug type but could there be a chance that it’s same plug since bmw owned lr back then?

You can get plug adapters for all sorts of ICE from vehicles to after market head units etc. some even work with the original switches on the wheel.
