Cd changer problem

Hi All

The cd changer is acting up. When I press the mode button the display says No Magazine, even though there is one in with cd,s in it. When I press the eject button the magazine doesn,t come out
Any ideas?

On the changer unit itself there should be a little hole with reset wrote next to it. stick a small pin in and hopefully it will 'reset ' and the magazine should come out. If you cannot find the whole pull out the plug which connects it to the car which will have the same affect. if that dont work i am out of ideas

ive got a jvc head unit in my disco and you put a cd in, press play and it comes up with the message "no disc" , dunno whats up with it but in the new year i am going to show it how a hammer works

i had one exactly the same.
tried all kinds to fix it eventually drop kicked down the street.
had a trip to Netto.
£40 for new CD player slotted straight in and works fine
