CB Ignition Interference

Yes I know, yet another bloody CB thread..

But seriously, when I run my CB from the battery, it's fine, but when I am running the engine, I get horrible crackles and interference that comes through my squelch (Even if i turn it all the way up) Someone somewhere said something about getting a part for my engine that cancels this as it is caused by the ignition system, does anyone know anything about it?
