Cb aerial mount for a soft top???

Hello Guys and Girls,

upon fitting my new soft top roof to my series2a i have come across the problem of where to fit my cb areial and what mount to use..

has anyone got any ideas of where i can put it??? (bar the obvious rude answer!!!!)

on the wing or bumper mabe

Gutter mount.































On the gutter under the windscreen.

is it a complete soft top - or truck cab?

fit it on body at rear of motor, if complete - if truck cab - behind door pillar.

mek yaself a bracket and stick it on the cross member !

As paul hump said gutter mount under the screen

use a gutter mount one but stick a rubber pad between it and the screen or bolt it tight as a bracket once caught a tree branch













and banged it back and shattered the screen, new one cost me £12

Get one of those unfeasibly long fibre whip aerials, mount it on the front wing, then you can bend the aerial tip over and clip it down somewhere to the rear ...




... for the full-on 'I'm a ****wit' look.

the grille pointing forwards!!! then use it to make people kebabs

I mounted mine on a adjustable angle bracket type thing on the right on my 90 its been great

sorry for the big red arrow but its christmas eve and i am bored stuck at work tilll 12
