Hi, I have just joined the group after having purchased a p38 dt manual rangie. This is my first rangie and my first landie for that matter but I am well impressed. The car is a slug for sure but for an old git it is fine and like driving an over stuffed leather sofa. The air con is super cold even with no compressor belt on (or is that the snow?) Gearbox a bit noisy but should do a few yards yet and the car drops to a convenient height when parked so I don't have to struggle to get in. The only thing I need now is a manual so I can find out how everything works.
