With Nanocom diagnostics, the EKA code feature and the immobiliser can be turned off, then the car can be operated with the FOB or just the key blade.cant get the key to work on central locking been told till that works i have to use eka code to get the emobiliser to work any one help with how to fix it thanks john so far i have had loads of help on hear its a 2.5 bmw derv t reg

the EKA code working as it starts now but can program key inSounds like the microswitches in the lock have gone. There's a test sheet on here somewhere. You cannot enter the EKA with the key if these aren't working.
Is the antenna wire plugged into the RF receiver ? Many people disconnect it to prevent BECM wake-up while parked. Might need connecting to do the key sync (ideally somewhere there's no interference).

Well done that manUnder Drivers side rear shelf by the button to release the seat back the blue wire is the ariel wire
