Cant get me freakin wing owf

Busterbus speak wiv forked tongue:bolt:

Cant get me wing off, tried and it's stuck, atching on the brake master cylinder and the top hat shocker cover.
Have I missed something or does the Master cylinder have to come off.?
I gave up and came home , will try again tomorrow.

Shouldn't need to take mc off. Are you sure you've got all the bolts out? If ye have, then it should just lift away. Ah take it ye couldn't make any sense off me wing removal guides then?

Wing removal guide brilliant but even though ALL the bolts are out the wing is trapped by the shocker mount and the master cylinder. You can see the scratch from the master cylinder where the wing has been forced as far as it will go then its stuck and wont go up or forward only back where it came from.
It's not cables or owt thats stopping it, it's jammed.
Gonna take a big hammer to it tomorrow

Sounds like a plan, will have to undo the oil cooler pipes though, was hoping to lift the rear and swing it out of the way to get at the bulkhead.
Makes sense looking at the picture though.

No idea about layout of V8's, but ah don't reckon ye need to undo the pipes... doesn't make sense???

Twaas fixed, I suspect it should be in front of the rad but not sure.

Ello stranger, how goes it/
The wing comes off if you lift it from the front as per Mr Busterbus's instructions, got it off partially, enough to weld the bulkhead up anyway.
The oil cooler is loose on the engine now so I'll prob try and get it in front of the rad later.
Got a 16v Clio Mk1 BTW

for shopping.

Goes better than the Rangie and uses less fuel.

Clio Mk1? Hmm, less then convinced... ive got me a free metro which is going to get the VVC engine treatment methinks, then you gotta bring the MI16 up for a sesion round anglesey
