Can someone shrink my avatar please

Hi Paul. For some reason I'm getting an error when downloading my e-mail. The picture you've sent me is about 4.6 meg in size and when downloading it gets to about 4.5 meg then gives up with an error. Is it the same picture as is currently your avatar picture?
If it is, I have already downloaded this one from the post you made earlier and resized it to 250x250. You can just right click on the picture, select one of the save options from the menu that pops up and save it to your own computer.

I am getting realy confused with this and am begining to think I will just forget having a pic, your Avatar pic looks the same size as the blank space I have where my Avatar should be so cannot understand why where it says Paul's Avatar there is nothingness.
I must say, your Motor looks awsome, cant say I have seen it in the flesh yet, unless I have waved at you and just cannot remember, I have just got in from a hill run so the Series is looking a little muddy just now

I'm more than a little confused as well
I can change the pic (or versions of the pic) but it stretches it every time. When I delete your avatar it still shows whatever version was there last on your posts.

The 250x250 version is what's currently uploaded as the avatar
Right guys, now I just logged off and on and there is a stretched pic there, thanks people, I guess that is just going to have to do, I was hopeing to buil a picture album as I useually go for a hill run on a Sunday and post pics on FB so thought it would be good to post them on here too

I just cropped the 250x250 to roughly the same proportions as the avatar keeps showing as.
Proportionally its better but there's a massive drop in quality. I've no idea why?

I dont know, just deleted it and replaced it with Blackstrats version and it hasn't changed

Thanks so much Blue Beasty, it was a good pic but I could maybe try a different one but knowing my luck it would vanish off the face of the earth, I did try to load a pic as a Signiture at the bottom of my posts but that also is invisible to me, dont know if you guys are seeing one when I post???
So I have been trying to make myself a photo album, I have uploaded a good few pics from my run last week, they uploaded, they seem to be fine and gone into my profile I think but when I go to go back to forum it says that this type of pic is not suported or something like that, could it be my phone that is no good, it is not that old and does take good quality pics, all my pics on FB are perfect

There's a max size for album pics as well but I cant remember what it is of the top of my head

I can't figure the quality diving thing it's pin sharp in Photoshop I cropped it, resized, nudged the contrast down a tad and sharpened it..
