My old avatar was a gif with movement, uploaded a new one and it is frozen, tried uploading the original working one and it is now frozen.
Am I missing something that allows gifs to animate when loaded?

I used to be able to upload moving gifs until the site changed server host.

Don't think so, the gif is intact, it's a website setting or maybe the gif version
