Can anyone identify the part number?

I am trying to find a fitting kit, I think that there might be a lower bracket attachment to the crush parts, but the guy I got it from says it fastens through just two bolts on the front bumper mount. Anyone know?

Crush can and tow point illustrated in attached pics and link - doubt that they would help with your fitting issues:

Take a photo of the rear of the bumper where it going to mount.

Yes but we need to see the bottom back of it to see how it mounts.

Second part of question is the bumper mounting plate strong enough to take towing eyes? Thinking about bolting towing eyes through the bull bar mounting holes

No! At least not if you are dealing with 2003 model
There is nothing structural about the bumper or its mountings. The front section of the bumper is only bolted to the flange on the crush cans. The bobbin mounts on the corners are stronger, but still not substantial enough for towing.

Okay, so how would a winch bumper fit to them, is there a separate chassis mount?
