cam follower ?

1998 300tdi, i have oil coming out of what looks like the cam follower guide locating screw, there are a couple of parts around the screw but i dont know what there called, but the oil is leaking from the end one nearest the back of the engine. the rest look ok. any ideas why this is leaking? don't know if this has anything to do with it but i've had trouble with the rocker cover gasket leaking oil and have changed it 4 times now and still it leaks after a few miles. cover is not warped and rubber gasket sealant hasnt worked either.

the rocker cover gasket did you put a genuine land rover one on??

one of them deffinately was, the other couple were £3 ones of a 4x4 ebay shop.
