Hey everyone,
I'm thinking of renewing a number of the front wheel assembly components in line with my service scheduling on my L322 (full details below), and noticed something I'm unfamiliar with on the calliper hoses.
I'm familiar with the usual banjo bolt and hose coupler assembly on a brake system, but mine connect directly into the (single-pot) calliper (part number for hose: SHB000011). I even noticed the Britpart hose doesn't seem to come with any copper washers (and indeed, none appear to be present in my current brake assembly either).
So my questions are as follows:
- Anyone know where I can get an OEM or genuine SHB000011? (avoiding britpart if possible)
- Views on TRW callipers? (struggling to find genuine remanufactured ones)
Vehicle: L322 02-05 (2002) - TD6 3.0, automatic (VIN up to 5A99999)
