Disco 2 Cable Exit Point - CB Radio

I'm after some advice please about the best exit point for the antenna cable for CB.
I'll be using a gutter mount but I'm unsure of the best way to install the cable so I avoid any damage to it and more importantly by not creating any more holes which the rain can get in.
At the moment I'm considering running it to back door and then up the seal to the top, but that's where I'm unsure how to proceed. Would cutting the seal right the top just enough to allow the antenna cable out create a problem with rain ingress?

You could also use the cable clips with self adhesive pads and run it down inside the rear door aperture and then thread it in through the rubber trunking that the rear door uses for the electric cables.
