c pillar trim

right im back yet again,hopefully this is simple to others.
i need to attack some rust on my c pillars.ive noticed that the black plastic trim on the pillars have 3 clips on them,does anyone know how to get these off without breaking the trim,ive tried allsorts behind it and it wont budge all its doing is pulling the clips through the trim,please theres got to be a simple solution,new ones are around 25-30 squid each stuff that.

Wrong section, however, if you are talking about a Disco, then they just need carefully pried off. I just put mine back on last week actually, but when I removed them i just slid something in behind to help pry it off.
 
sorry guys,done it yes its a disco,i had to remove half the interior as there are 3 nuts that you have to remove from inside the pillar,interior a pain c pillar trim a doddle.
