buying 1st rover

hi all,im thinking of buying a landrover discovery 2000 td5,it looks in fabalous condition,can anyone that has one pleae let me know if they are a decent vehicle,are they very heavy on fuel,etc

Land rovers are like marmite (the love hate thing)
LIKe any vehicle its imposible to say your vehice will be a good one,but genrally they are good
if you are questioning MPG question why you want one and wot are you going to do with it
