My last landy went the same way. Mine was in a similar state as yours internally but they'd moved it down the road and damaged the gearbox and rear prop aswell so I decided to let it go to salvage.

i could't part with it. i bought it from bristol and it was a real lemon. i did loads of work to it shortly before hand and didn't want my 2nd landy to be taken from me too
