Bulkhead - what are your thoughts

I'm wanting to replace the bulkhead on my 200 tdi Defender at the same time as chassis replacement. I'm torn between finding a refurbed 200 bulkhead so it keeps the vehicle as standard as possible or modding a td5 or puma bulkhead to fit. Heart says fit a 200 as that's what it should be, whereas head says fit a more modern one as they're cheaper and easier to find.

What would you do?

Me personally, I would either refurb and galv my existing one or find a 200tdi as would have been originally fitted and galv that.
That's just me though and I am weird.

That's my current thinking but they're hellish difficult to find. Ashtree who refurb & supply them seem to struggle with communication and supply times.
Mine's mostly a work vehicle & I'm trying to keep it off the road for as short a time as possible.

I agree with flat, refurb and galv your existing one, I have just had mine done, came out reasonably well.
