Broken foglight housing Freelander 2

I went to change a fog light bulb on the front of the Freelander 2, started undoing the screws on the bulb housing when the housing just came away from the bumper.
Anyway just wondering if the bumper has to come off to repair tbe holder or can it be done without removing the bumper

The fog light attachment points are integral with the bumper assembly, so if you can't fix them in situ, the bumper will need removing.

Ah right thanks for that, i did manage to get some glue on one of the tabs and secured it with a cable tie till the glue dries. I hought id get it from behind the inner wheel arch cover removed but then you are blocked by the screen wash bottle.
